20/11/2020 - Church Open for private prayer

We are now able to open the church, for private worship.

On Sundays the church will be open from 10am until 4pm, and we hope you will come to pray or worship if you wish. Of course there will be noticeable changes, as set out below, and I would be most grateful if you could adhere to the guidelines.

The church door will be left OPEN for the day.

  • Please use hand sanitizer on arrival at the church porch, and take a pair of gloves if you would like to wear them while in the church.
  • On entering the church, a One Way system will be marked out, and there will be areas which will be out of bounds.
  • Please sit in a pew space marked with a green Tick ✅, and when you leave, please turn the seat marker over to reveal a red Cross ❌ so that no one else will sit where you have been.
  • Please leave the church via the marked one way system, and sanitize your hands again on the way out. A bin is provided for gloves and tissues.
  • Please do not touch hymn books or prayer books.

A few other points!
If you would like to make a donation to the church, thank you! Please use the wall safe.

Social distancing of 2 metres is still advised.

We are advised that gatherings of more than 2 people inside the church is not permitted.

Finally the advice to those members of the church community who are over 70 is to continue with the practice of isolating.
