The Kneeler Project
Holy Trinity has been running a replacement kneeler scheme for the past 10 years or so. Mice had made the most of the old, sawdust filled kneelers so it was decided that fire-proof foam pads and some bright new designs were in order!
People from villages across the Benefice have joined the scheme with enthusiam and the church is now filled with an array of beautiful new kneelers, many depicting flora and fauna found in the Dever Valley.
Kneeler kits and materials are generously funded by Wonston PCC and kneelers can be dedicated to somebody special.
Anybody interested in working a kneeler, sponsoring a kneeler and dedicating it (if they are unable to stitch one in person but would like to support somebody else who would like to make one) is invited to contact: Sandy Fitzgerald through the Enquiry Form link on the "Contact Us" page.
